Sausage Making and Curing Courses:
The Butchery, Sausage Making and Charcuterie courses offer something a little bit different, visit the traditional Dales Farm, try your hand at butchery, sausages, curing and lots more. Great informative fun with superb Dales hospitality.
Suggested duration: Each of the courses last a full day, and usually run from 9:30am - 5pm.
Price guideline per person: Prices start at £160 per person, however this may vary depending on the course and date chosen.
