Humble Pie Cookery Kitchen offer a Wild about Wensleydale course which celebrates some of the delicious produce Wensleydale has to offer. As Hawes is the home of the famous Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese, they use the Mature, Blue & Traditional varieties to make a beautiful quiche, starter and a perfect apple pie. They use succulent local lamb to make a tasty casserole and prize-winning Askrigg Ale from the Wensleydale Brewery to make a moist fruit cake.
