Now in its fourth year, it takes place on the 20th and 21st of July at the lovely named Funkirk Farm just outside Skipton. You need to book in advance, especially if you want to camp or to go to any of the workshops and masterclasses.
This year there are live demonstrations by Mary Berry & Lisa Faulkner, the Hairy Bikers and Brian Turner, with other events on the Yorkshire AA, Betty's and Local Chef Cookery Stages. This year marks Betty's 100th anniversary so it's likely they'll be celebrating at the event too and passing on some of their secrets of success.
In addition to the demonstrations there are also many other exhibitors and a "spirits and cocktail hub". You can find out all the details of the line-up, camping facilities and booking link here
